Honoring our emergency care heroes

As we close out another meaningful year, MASA Assist is proud to honor the individuals who stand at the heart of emergency care across the Caribbean. Our emergency medical service (EMS) teams — paramedics, responders, first responders, dispatchers, pilots, and transport crews — continue to answer every call with unwavering courage and compassion. Their dedication ensures that families throughout our islands receive help, hope, and life-saving support when they need it most.

This year, MASA Assist is also humbled to celebrate a major milestone:

Over 30 years of serving the Caribbean

Since establishing MASA Assist in the Caribbean in 1994, MASA has remained committed to providing reliable medical transport protection and supporting the emergency networks that safeguard our island communities every day. Three decades later, that mission remains as strong as ever.

2025: A year of impact, community, and connection

Throughout the year, our teams, members, and partners came together to support health, safety, and community engagement across the region. Some highlights include:

Community events & local partnerships

  • Antigua – Malcolm Nicholas Cup Victory
Coordinated by Business Development Manager Cavell Robertson, MASA Assist proudly sponsored the Coolidge Fire Station team for the second year in a row, who once again emerged victorious, winning the Malcolm Nicholas Cup for the second consecutive year.
